Most Frequent KNF Sanctions in 2024-2025: MAR, Public Offering and Investment Funds

Data on fines imposed by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) in 2024 and 2025 (so far) in Poland shows that the most common violations involved:

  • the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR),
  • the Public Offering Act
  • and the Investment Funds Act.
