I’m founder and partner at Structure Legal. I am a Polish Attorney-at-Law (reg. no. WA-17817), a certified Approved Compliance Officer and a licensed Stock Broker (lic. no. 3206, issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority – PFSA).

I gained experience at global law firms and in the legal and compliance departments of banks, investment firms and investment funds. I specialize in corporate law, capital markets, regulatory and compliance.

I provide businesses with clear and practical legal advice, tailored to the Polish market.
